Laura French

Laura joined the team in 2018 and her experience in managing people, client services, finance and operations enabled Plume to develop the systems and processes to support the business during periods of growth, development and change.

After joining Plume at the beginning of its journey and a few years of supporting our business in a variety of roles covering HR, IT, compliance, bookkeeping and general office management, Laura was promoted to become a valued member of our senior leadership team in 2021.

During her time at PlumeHQ, Laura has successfully achieved an Associate Legal Practice Management certificate - a course which has deepened her in-depth knowledge of her role, from leadership to project management and client care to professional conduct rules. Laura is brilliant at putting processes in place to ensure everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Laura is a CIPD qualified, people professional. Asides from taking charge of everything people related at PlumeHQ, she also works alongside our legal team to support our clients with their own HR matters. From policy overhauls, and company restructures to performance management and everything in between, Laura is well-equipped to get stuck in and sprinkle a dose of compliance and practicality across your HR procedures.
